Kirsty McIlwaine

Kirsty graduated with a MSc in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University. She also has a BSc in Athletic Therapy and Training from Dublin City University. She has been extensively trained at a postgraduate level by Rebecca Nelson, Spinal & Headache, Migraine, Vertigo Physiotherapy Specialist, in her unique manual physiotherapy regimes for treating spinal problems, nerve pain from the spine and headaches / migraines, vertigo, TMJ / jaw pain & tinnitus. She is passionate about treating these problems. Kirsty has also continued her professional development with a wide variety of postgraduate physiotherapy musculoskeletal courses.

Kirsty also has a special interest in the rehabilitation of all sports injuries and loves to get people back to their sport pain free.

In her spare time Kirsty enjoys running to keep fit. Kirsty successfully completed the Copenhagen Marathon in 2022 and hopes to complete more running events all over the world!
