Headaches and migraines effect children too
We’re all aware that headaches and migraines are common in adults, but the fact of the matter is that children experience them too. Statistics show that approximately 70% of school children have a headache at least once a year, while one in four of these children experience recurring headaches. Furthermore, around 10% of school children suffer from migraines, effecting both boys and girls.

Apex Headache Clinic first opened its doors five years ago and we have been successfully treating patients from all over Ireland and the UK. It was whilst I was working as a physiotherapist in New Zealand, early in my career, that I sought treatment for my own headaches. These were diagnosed as stemming from my neck, and following treatment, I have been pain free ever since. The change this had on my life was indescribable.
